Stamp Duty offer available for contracts of sale signed between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 for eligible lots at Panorama Portarlington.
Eligible purchasers will receive a rebate equivalent to the Victorian Government stamp duty payable on the land component of the lot (excluding any additional surcharges, duties, or fees).
The offer applies only to lots purchased at full list price. Discounted lots or lots sold under other special or promotional offers are not eligible.
The rebate will be paid at settlement or applied as a credit against the settlement amount, as determined by Panorama Portarlington.
The rebate amount will be calculated based on the standard Victorian stamp duty payable by an Australian resident individual purchaser, excluding first home buyer or off-the-plan concessions.
The amount of stamp duty saving listed on the price list is an estimate only. Purchasers should confirm the applicable amount with the State Revenue Office Victoria at https://www.sro.vic.gov.au/.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
